SAN ANTONIO – Bullying and conflict numbers in your local schools appear to be on the rise. One local organization reports they’ve heard from more than four times as many parents this school year than normal. “My children have experienced a lot of bullying,” San Antonio mother Estella Garza said. “They have had retaliation with different students. ” Garza has reached her breaking point.
