Elementary School Counselor Training – October 6, 2021

Purpose of this training – Learn and gain access to curriculum modules and activities for the new Health TEKS covering bullying, cyberbullying, and David’s Law. The new health TEKS will be required for all public schools starting in the 2022-2023 school year.
Length of training – 30-45 minutes
*Attendees will receive a certificate of completion.
What is covered in this FREE training?
- You will build your understanding of the new Health TEKS.
- You will briefly explore the modules and activities or worksheets that are available for Kindergarten through Health 1.
- You will learn ways to engage your students in the modules and activities or worksheets.
What materials will be provided to me after the training?
- (1) Module for each Health TEK
- Activity(s) or worksheet(s) for each TEK
